When booking your appointment please keep in mind our cancellation policy. To reschedule an appointment, you can do so by calling or texting the office. You have up to 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule without being charged. If we do not receive notice of your cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment through email, text, or phone, we will charge $150, or the treatment total is the service cost less than $150, to your card on file.    

Late arrivals of 10 minutes or less can still be seen but the treatment time will be shortened accordingly, or if not possible to complete, must be rescheduled to not be considered a cancellation. If the following appointment is also missed, the full cancellation fee will be charged. Please notify us ahead of time if you are aware you will be late! 

We understand that emergencies arise and appreciate our clients who try to notify us as soon as possible when these arise. We are willing to make exceptions for clients who have a true emergency or an unexpected illness, please notify us of your situation as soon as possible so we can adjust the charge.
